Wylie's owner moved away and left him and three other dogs chained to a post with no food or water in the hot sun. Wylie was covered in ticks and fleas, and literally starving for food and love. Luckily, Wylie and his 3 canine friends were rescued by a kind 80-yr old man who is now fostering them in Warren, Arkansas. Wylie is under 2 years old, weighs 43 pounds, is neutered and vaccinated. He is a lab mix who loves to run and play. Wylie is alert & smart with such a friendly expression on his face! Wylie gets along great with other dogs. Wylie is very trainable.
