Lucy's owner moved away and left her and three other dogs chained to a post with no food or water in the hot sun. Lucy was covered in ticks and fleas, and literally starving for food and love. Luckily, Lucy and her 3 canine friends were rescued a kind 80-yr old man who is now fostering them in Warren, Arkansas. Lucy is about 2 years old, weighs 40 pounds, is spayed and vaccinated. She is a lab/retriever mix and has a sweet & loving personality and gets along great with other dogs. Lucy has so much expression in her face and would make somebody a wonderful companion. Lucy is extremely smart and very trainable. Will you give this beautiful, abandoned girl a loving home?
