| Frieda is a dachshund who showed
up as a stray in Quapaw after obviously
having had puppies. Her rescuers searched
high and low for Frieda's puppies and possible
owner, but after 3 days of looking with
no success they contacted dogsonly hoping
we could help Frieda find a loving home.
Frieda is underweight and her coat is sparse
and dull, but she's a friendly gal with
a lot of spirit and seems a very happy dog.
She likes to greet everyone who comes to
see her and run around and play, but seems
most happy sitting in someone's lap. Frieda
prefers to be in the company of people who
give her attention and if she doesn't get
that attention she goes looking for it.
Her rescuers report that one time her Foster
Dad was out working on the car and Frieda
found the one opening in the fence small
enough to wiggle through just so she could
be near him. For this reason her rescuers
strongly request that Frieda must have a
home with a well fenced yard.
