Bert's owner moved away and left him chained and three other dogs to a post with no food or water in the hot sun. Bert was covered in ticks and fleas, and literally starving for food and love. Luckily, Bert and his 3 canine friends were rescued by a kind 80-yr old man who is now fostering them in Warren, Arkansas. Bert is under 2 years old, weighs 35 pounds, is neutered and vaccinated. Bert is a walker hound mix who is friendly, outgoing, sweet & smart. Bert gets along great with other dogs. Bert is very trainable. Won't you give this good ole' hound dog a chance?
